Mr. Moroz is an attorney licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law.

He is currently with Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. where he has been responsible for legal matters of the company's Gas Transportation and Major Projects business units.

Mr. Moroz is fluent in several languages including Russian, Belarusian.
