LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Mr. Moroz is an attorney licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law.

He is currently with Enbridge Energy Company, Inc. where he has been responsible for legal matters of the company's Texas commercial groups with special emphasis on the acquisition and divesture of natural gas assets. He also advises on information management and e-discovery issues.

Mr. Moroz is fluent in several languages including Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian languages.
